Strategy

For this case, we apply the following mechanics:

1. Compiling a list of decision-makers to track.

1.1. Our research was focused on topics related to AI and biotech from the website arXiv.org.

1.2. We utilize a parser to extract the names of authors.

1.3. Then we leverage Google cache to find the LinkedIn profiles required: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andreas-blattmann-479038186/?originalSubdomain=de

In case the Google cache fails to work, we can explore the option of visiting GitHub as an alternative solution:

1.4. By utilizing the vendor data (contact data), we enhance prospect info by incorporating all the relevant contact information:

1.5. Options for tracking:

a. Title and company changes – We can detect when a prospect becomes a CEO or Founder of a new startup.
b. Investor tracking – By actively monitoring the prospect’s subscriptions to VC funds or angel investors, we can identify the best moment to reach out.
c. Attendance at startup events – We can track prospects’ attendance by scanning for relevant keywords and monitoring their mentions. Additionally, we can track events listed on 10times.com to identify when a prospect attends any of these events.

2. Trigger tracking initiating

Once we’ve uploaded the list of selected prospects to our platform, we configure the parsing frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) and initiate monitoring.

This will enable you to receive real-time notifications of triggered events through your account:

2.1. Generating icebreaker ideas for manual outreach (currently in development)

Within your account, click the button to generate icebreaker ideas and get AI-driven suggestions on the optimal approach to engage with your prospects.

By leveraging articles sourced from arxiv.org, we can refine the model’s training to generate customized icebreakers using relevant sections of the articles.
